About Dino Age

Dino Age is a free browser tower-defense strategy game where you defend a dinosaur egg from waves of cavemen. Each level is a side-scrolling battlefield, and the humans walk in from one side. Your job is to stop every one of them before they reach the egg and damage it.

You fight with two tools at once: dinosaur units you send into the arena and special shots you fire at the approaching enemies. Raptors move fast, triceratops take hits, and shots such as rocks, volcano bombs and ice rocks slow the cavemen and wear down their health. Later waves are more crowded, so you have to manage your units, your shots and your resources together.

You can play Dino Age online with nothing to download. The game has more than 100 levels across different islands, and winning rewards you with coins, stars and diamonds to spend on upgrades.

Tips to get better at Dino Age

Use fast units like raptors to reach enemies early, and put tankier dinos such as triceratops in front to absorb hits.
Fire ice rocks when a group of cavemen bunches up, so your dinos get more time to attack.
Save stronger shots like volcano bombs for crowded waves instead of spending them on a single enemy.
Spend coins and diamonds on upgrades between levels. Tougher islands are much harder with unupgraded dinos.
Check what each new dinosaur or shot does when you unlock it, then mix them to fit the wave in front of you.
