About Escape Drive

Escape Drive is a free action racing game you play in your browser, where you steer toothy cartoon cars away from cops and bosses. Each level is a rough course of steep hills, traps and rival vehicles. Finishing first is not enough: you also have to stay alive while enemies chase you down.

You can play Escape Drive online with nothing to download. You start in a basic Gator and drive through hilly terrain and obstacle tracks. Along the way you collect gems, shields and turbo boosts, rescue captured friends, and fight back with your teeth and bombs.

Tips to get better at Escape Drive

Use the tilt keys in the air as well as on the ground. Landing level after a ramp keeps your speed up and stops you from flipping.
Save turbo for gaps and for pulling away from cops, not for flat stretches where you gain little.
Drop bombs when enemies are close behind or ahead of you. Letting them crash into a hazard also takes them out.
Spend gems in the Garage between races. Armor helps you survive longer, while damage makes your bites and bombs count.
If a level feels too hard, try a different car. Choosing the right vehicle for the track matters as much as upgrades.
