Ramp Xtreme is a free 3D stunt-racing motorcycle game you play in your browser, with floating ramps, loops and mid-air flips.

You ride a stunt bike across suspended courses and try to reach the finish line without falling off the track. Along the way you launch off ramps and can add backflips and frontflips for stunt points and in-game rewards. The bike physics reward careful play, because speed, balance and landing angle all decide whether a jump works.

You can play Ramp Xtreme online with nothing to download. Two modes are available, Challenge Road and Stonehenge, and you can unlock more bikes that differ in handling, speed and toughness. The tips below cover how to get through the harder courses.

Levels get harder as you go. Expect more gaps, rotating obstacles, moving platforms and smaller landing zones, so a run that worked on an early course will not always work on a later one.

Tips to get better at Ramp Xtreme

Build speed before a ramp, but do not hold full throttle every time. More speed means a longer jump, and too much can make you lose control.
Use the tilt controls in the air to line up the bike's angle with the landing, not only to rotate.
Only start a flip when the jump is big enough. If you rotate too late, you land at a bad angle and crash.
Treat each new obstacle type as a timing problem. Watch rotating parts and moving platforms before you commit to a jump.
Try the bikes you unlock. Their different handling can suit one course better than another.
