Unlike endless runners, it rewards clean timing over dodging obstacles, so the fastest runner is the one with the steadiest rhythm.

Tips to get better at Speed Legends

Watch your runner's feet and press in step with them. A smooth, even rhythm makes you faster than rapid tapping.
If you lose your rhythm, slow down a little and find the stride again instead of pressing harder.
Wait for the starting pistol before you move. A quick start helps, but a false start undoes it.
Start with the 60m and 100m races to learn the timing, then move to the 400m and 800m, where you need to save energy for the end.
In hurdles events, practice when to hold the down arrow key so you do not break your stride between hurdles.
